Port Complete Roundovers, these are a 3,3-3/4" and 4-1/2"" outside diameter, straight sections avalable in 2",4",6",8" and 12" lengths and inside corner pieces. These have screw holes for screws for installation that are included. The straight sections can be cut to length during installation to get an exact fit.
-For the size, measure the thickness of your wall, if its 3" thick chose the 3" diameter(4 layers thick), for 4.5" thickness choose the 4.50"(6 3/4" layers thick)
-To measure the opening needed for these, if your port opening needs to be 10"x10", the hole opening in your wall needs to be the radius of the port sections x 2 plus .75"x2. For example, if you need a 10"x10" port opening and you are using the 3" diameter port pieces, you would take 10"+1.5"+1.5"+.75"+.75", so the opening would need to be 14.5"x14.5"
-These screw to a 3/4" thick strip of plywood that is .5" narrower than your wall thickness that is fastened to the edge of the opening.
-The minimum port opening size with the corner pieces are (this is without any straight sections)
-3" is 7.5"
-3.75" is 6.75"
